Orders placed in the Daasho app
Refunds for app orders — for example missing items, cancelled orders or orders that could not be delivered — will be handled in the app's order help section. Full details will be published here before ordering goes live.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or payment provider.
