Delete your Daasho account
For the Daasho, Daasho Partner and Daasho Pilot apps by Daasho Technologies Private Limited.
Fastest: delete it in the app
- Daasho (customers): Account → Delete account.
- Daasho Partner (stores): More → Settings → Leave Daasho.
- Daasho Pilot (delivery partners): Profile → Delete account.
The app tells you first if anything must be finished, such as an order on its way, cash in hand or a payout being sent.
No app? Use this form
Fill in the form with the mobile number you log in with. We confirm the request with you on that number, so nobody else can delete your account, and complete it within 7 days. You get an email when it is done.
What is deleted
- Your name, mobile number, email and profile photo.
- Saved addresses, cart, search history, notifications and devices.
- Documents, document photos, selfies and bank details (stores and pilots).
- Your login: you are signed out on every phone.
What is kept, and for how long
The law requires us to keep records of orders, payments, refunds, invoices, payouts and taxes for up to 8 years. They are kept without your name or phone number where the law allows. Everything else is erased within 30 days.
